The Smith Mountain Lake Cancer Support Foundation is excited to announce the Swing for the Cure Golf Tournament and Join Hands for the Cure Luncheon in October 2025 at Mariners Landing. These events aim to raise funds, support, and awareness for breast cancer.
We invite you to join us in our fight against cancer. The Golf Tournament and Luncheon will unite us with a common goal—to find a cure for cancer. Funds raised will support research, patient care, and community programs. Together, we can make a significant impact and move closer to a world without cancer.
“Swing for the Cure” Golf Tournament
DATE: Friday, October 3rd, 2025
LOCATION: Mariners Landing Country Club
ADDRESS: 2052 Lake Retreat Rd, Huddleston, VA 24104
TIME: 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM: Check-in – Practice Range – Lunch
NOON: Shotgun Start
FEES: $125 per player / $500 per team
INCLUDES: Green Fees – range balls – golf carts – aged-based tees – lunch – swag bag – non-alcoholic beverages – post game appetizers.

12:45: “Join Hands for The Cure” Program – Fashion Show, Guest Speakers, Music, Slide Show
TICKETS: $100
Tickets must be Purchased in Advance. Tickets can be purchased here, or at: Comfort & Joy Boutique, Southern Goat Boutique, JBohn Merchantile, Tink’s Boutique, Ruby Jane’s, or The SML VISITORS CENTER.
